What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us a video showing the damage while opening the box, along with your receipt. We will replace items damaged due to manufacturing or shipping errors if reported within 2days of receipt.

Our jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. Rough handling or excessive force may cause breakage. You need to be careful while handling the pieces.
