ORDER UPDATES

Once you place an order, it will take 2-3 business days to process. Delivery typically takes an additional 5-7business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free domestic shipping within India. 
For international shipping, the charge is INR 1000 with a delivery time of 20-30 days.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the order cost. These charges are applied by the shipping agency upon entry into your country and must be paid by the customer.

ORDER PREPARATION TIME

All our jewelry is made to order. It typically takes 1-2 working days to prepare in-stock items. Custom orders may require 1-2 weeks for production and preparation before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship internationally to all locations that the postal service covers.

GIFT WRAPPING

We do  offer gift wrapping. However, each piece comes in a Zalak Jewels gift box. You may also email us a personal message, and we will include it on a note with your order.
